The Spinner 2200 S is an automatic horizontal orbital stretch wrapper for pallets, bed bases, bedroom and kitchen cabinets, sandwich panels, wood panels and aluminium, steel and wood profiles and pipes. Products travel through the rotating ring on a belt conveyor and come out fully wrapped in stretch film, with no limit on product length. The conveyor is customised to each customer's request. Built in Bursa by Edda, Turkiye's first manufacturer of horizontal stretch wrapping machines.
Minimum product size is 700 x 400 x 2000 mm (W x H x L), with no upper limit on product length.
The product is carried through the ring on a conveyor sized to the customer's product range, while the film carriage rotates at 10 to 35 rpm, applying a continuous spiral of stretch film. Film width is up to 500 mm, with a maximum roll diameter of 230 mm on a 76 mm core, in 23, 30 or 35 micron thickness.
